Special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares
Pursuant to SEBI circular dated 02 July, 2025, a special window only for re-lodgement of transfer deeds, which were lodged prior to the deadline of 01 April, 2019 and rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise, will be available till 06 January 2026. Re-lodged documents completed in all aspects must be lodged with the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) on or before 06 January, 2026. No re-lodgement will be accepted after the said date. During this period, the securities that are re-lodged for transfer shall be issued only in demat mode subject to compliance with due process for such transfer-cum-demat requests.
