Pursuant to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) letter dated 16th July 2025, the Company is pleased to inform you of the commencement of a 100-day special outreach initiative titled “Saksham Niveshak”, starting from 28th July, 2025 to 6th November, 2025.
The shareholders whose dividends are unpaid / unclaimed for the period 2017-18 to 2023-24 are advised to claim the said unclaimed dividends either surrendering the original Warrants if available with you, or a request letter together with the following:

| Please be noted that in terms of Section 124 (5) of the Companies Act, 2013, any money transferred to the Unpaid Dividend Account of a Company in pursuance of this section which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of Seven Years from the date of such transfer shall be transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), established by Central Government of India under Sub-Section (1) of Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
